Training Day Itinerary with Dr. Peyman Sarrafian, MD

Our training program is designed to give you full clinical confidence, from foundational didactics to real-procedure hands-on injections under direct guidance from Dr. Sarrafian.

📍 Schedule Overview

8:00 AM — Breakfast & Registration

Enjoy breakfast, meet your fellow trainees, and get settled before class begins.

8:15 AM — Didactic Session Begins (Sharp)

Duration: 1 hour 45 minutes
Topics include:

  • Facial anatomy essentials
  • Product selection & dilution
  • Safe injection zones / danger zones
  • Ideal units, depth, angles, and techniques
  • Patient assessment & treatment planning
  • Consent forms, documentation & photography
  • Client communication and expectation-setting
  • Post-procedure care & follow-up
  • Pricing strategy & legal considerations
  • Managing concerns & preventing/handling complications

10:00–10:30 AM — Break

10:30 AM – 12:15 PM — Moulage + Drawing Workshop (Sharp)

Hands-on drawing and moulage practice to master mapping, vectoring, and landmark identification.

12:15 PM – 1:30 PM — Lunch Break

1:30 PM — Hands-On Injection Training (Sharp)

Participants will be divided into five treatment rooms with their models.

What to Expect During Hands-On Training

  • Dr. Sarrafian personally visits each room
  • He draws the injection points with you, supervises every step, and performs injections together with you
  • Real-time correction and technique refinement
  • Students may respectfully observe each other’s models throughout the experience to enhance learning

Dr. Sarrafian will guide your hands, step by step — ensuring you leave fully confident in evaluating, marking, injecting, and managing your aesthetic patients safely and effectively.

End-of-Day Review

A full debrief of techniques, complications, documentation, and practical business pearls from Dr. Sarrafian.

Certification & Credentialing Requirements

📄 Certificate Issuance

Your official Certificate of Completion will be issued within two weeks after the training.
Certificates are processed only after:

  • Verification of your professional credentials
  • Confirmation of attendance and hands-on participation

🛂 Required Documents (Must Be Provided)

All trainees must present a government-issued legal ID on the day of training AND submit one of the following professional licensure documents:

  • RN license
  • NP license
  • PA license
  • MD/DO medical license

A clear copy must be provided before participation in the hands-on portion.

For patient safety, privacy, and HIPAA compliance:

Absolutely NO cell phones or personal devices are allowed for taking photos of clients or models — under any circumstance.

All photography of models (if permitted) will be performed only by the academy’s designated staff following proper consent-for-media protocols.
